The Gift of Ice Cream, Tom Does Tacos

Sharing is good: Full Tilt, the adorable ice cream and pinball parlor in White Center, will be providing Zippy's burgers, the adorable burger joint off SW Holden, with ice cream so they can add shakes to the menu. I'm sure Mike Seely's heart--like mine--just grew three sizes, I'll check on my arteries next week.

More info as this develops, but Tom Douglas said this weekend (via his radio show) that plans are in the works to post a taco truck, and who knows what other goodies it might include, outside his production kitchen in Ballard. Which only leaves pho shack and Argentinian steak house on his to do list.
