Terra Madre Conference Reveals Slow Food at Crossroads by Ann Le (LA Times): At this year's gathering of farmers and artisanal producers from around the world, the limits of Alice Waters' "beautiful revolution" in the face of economic crises and global food shortages are becoming evident.
