Seven Hills Winery Tasting

Venture to Burien for a tasting of Walla Walla wine, crafted by winemaker Casey McClellan of the Seven Hills Winery. The all-day tasting will feature six varietals: a Pinot Gris from Oregon's Umpqua Valley, Columbia Valley Cabernet Sauvignon and Viognier, as well as Malbec and Syrah from Walla Walla. The last wine up for tasting is a Ciel du Chival, a blend of Cabernet and Merlot with two lesser-known grape varieties, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot, both of which are used to make Bordeaux-style wines.
