Upcoming Event: Northwest Regional Barista Competition

Trek to Tacoma for what is billed as the biggest, oldest barista competition. This three-day event will feature 50 baristas, all competing to be named top regional barista, and a chance to go onto worldwide glory. The challenge? "Each competitor has fifteen minutes to prepare four espressos, four cappuccinos, and four signature drinks. Each drink will be served to a panel of judges that will grade the competitor on proficiency, preparation, and cleanliness of work area - and of course, taste!"
