Killer Croissants at Met Market? I Didn't Know!

baknouveau_metmark.jpg
Bee lining for something altogether different at the Queen Anne Met Market today, when something in this very typical bakery case (sorry, it's true) caught my eye. I wouldn't have thought myself trained to spot a proper shatter in a pastry at ten paces, but there you go.

Bakery Nouveau, the #4 reason I miss living in West Seattle, sells their croissants at Metropolitan Market. Happy, happy day.
