According to this posting on craigslist, a certain Seattle brewery is on the market for $1.1 million. The realtor requires a non-disclosure agreement to get the details.
Oh reeeeeally? Pffffft.... What brewery is near a stadium, has only one location, a game room, and doesn't serve hard liquor? Too easy... And I don't know why anyone with the sense god gave a goat would pay that kinda dough without owning the building.
