Gourmet Burger Chain to Open at Ballard Blocks

And unfortunately it ain't In-'n-Out, it's Counter Custom Built Burgers, described by a worldly friend of mine as "the Subway of burgers." They'll be opening up near Mike's Chili Parlor in the controversial Ballard Blocks development. I'll reserve judgement, but they'll be hard-pressed to turn my mouth away from Mike's chili burger.
