Chutney's Juice Bar Now Open
I'm often amazed at the lack of lallygagging going down on the west side of the Wallingford Center--two huge patios, tables and chairs, not to mention the outdoor seating area of Chutney's. What the fudge is wrong with you, Wallingford? I've spent approximately three mate lattes worth of alone time out there just this past week. Now there's another reason to pull up a chair or stoop; Chutney's opened a new juice bar this week, offering fresh juice and fruit lassis (fruit mixed with yogurt).
Chutney's Juice Bar, Mon-Fri 11:00am-9:00pm, west side of Wallingford Center (1815 N. 45th St.)

Seriously! I think the same thing...I go to Chutney's pretty regularly and can never believe the patio is always so empty. My only theory is that maybe people don't like to eat ethnic food outdoors.

I recently visited Chutney's on a visit to Seattle and I loved it. I thought that the "empty feeling" I got was just the result of being there on an off day. Guess not. Hope everyone there discovers the gem I found.
