Ground Control Coming to Georgetown

ground_control.jpg
Ground Control Coffee will open soon in Georgetown (6111 13th Ave. S.) at the north end of the Miller building, off the corner of 13th Avenue South and Airport Way South. The same guys that run the antique shop on the corner, Brigh Wright and Jeff Wickland, own the coffee shop.

It looks like the set of an Arthur Miller play based on an Edward Hopper painting, in which I'd very much like to be. Finally, a few All City baristas can rest easy. Now that those of us who aren't as vegan, tattooed or punk rock as you have another caffeinating option, we won't have to bother you anymore.
