On the Way to the Beach: King Creole

King Creole doesn't have much in the way of seating, but it is on the way east up Cherry Street, across 34th Ave. and down and around to one of the best parking spots on Lake Washington. There's nothing like spicy food on a hot day, especially by the lake with soft breeze. You can easily over order at this spot; so it's best to just pick two things and share. I'd opt for one of the following: seafood gumbo, rib sandwich or plate, any one of the hot po' boys.
