Siam Pura & Pies By Jenny Shuts Down

It's a slow week for the Seattle food scene...but here are a few news tidbits.

Alki-based Thai restaurant Siam Pura is listed for sale on Craigslist, according to West Seattle Blog. Also on the westside, Marination Mobile will be stationed in High Point at the empty lot on 35th and Graham, serving cheap street food from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. every Saturday.

Finally, the University District Farmers Market says goodbye to one of their most popular vendors: Pies By Jenny. Owner Jenny Christensen says she has to close down her stand for "financial reasons," but will continue to look for other food-related jobs.
