For Sale: Lampreia 1.0, Cremant For a Song, Your Bistro Here

The things you find on craigslist: The 1st & Battery location of Lampreia is up for $299,000, which includes nine years on the current lease, with options to renew. The former BEATO restaurant in West Seattle is still for sale, but now you can buy the building and its two apartments as well ($1.1 million). The deal of the week may be Cremant for $50,000, though the closing party might have wiped any and all objects not bolted down. These prices only buy you the business and equipment already in house, period, and there are many, many more.

Not many blind items this week, as far as selling agents asking for non-disclosure agreements before revealing specific details of the properties. There is one listing for a 709 square foot "restaurant with wine and beer" in Madison Valley for $145,000. Hmmm...one of those French places on Madison? What's your guess?
