First Thursday: Art Walk, With Booze, on the Edges
Tomorrow is Pioneer Square First Thursday. Don't forget the galleries not quite on the main path, like Howard House (604 Second Ave.), which is just up from the eccentrically tapped Collins Pub (526 Second Ave.; more on it in my column next week). 
Also stop by All City Coffee at the corner of Washington and Fourth Avenue to check out its well-curated shows while enjoying tap beer and wine. Make sure to walk around that entire block and visit the galleries on every side. Lots of cool stuff happening on the edge of Pioneer Square.
