For Sale: High-end Downtown Tanker, Hot Property on Roosevelt

Oh, this Craigslist blind item is curious:

Full service restaurant/bar in downtown Seattle, 4-stars (says who?), 8500 square feet and three private dining rooms. If everything the poster claims is true, the $600,000 selling price is reasonable considering a big kitchen comes with the asking. The stated reason for selling: Owner owns four other restaurants and wants to focus on primary concept. Of course, a nondisclosure agreement is required for more information. Yawn. My guess... Troiani, totes.

OK, this next one isn't a blind item, but it's such a great spot that I have to share. On the same block as Salvatore's, just north of Ravenna Boulevard in Roosevelt, sits this super-cool, empty facade with just big enough of an interior for a bar and mini kitchen. I know what I'd selfishly like to see here: an all-day place that serves light breakfast and killer bar snacks à la Black Bottle. How bout you, neighbors?
