So He Thinks He Can Cook: Nathan Myhrvold

For those of you who loved organic chem in college or get off on chefs who play with their food to the point of BDSM, Brian Miller has a post up on our Daily Weekly blog about former Microsoft exec Nathan Myhrvold and his cookbook in progress. The cookbook (experiment?) is by all accounts a giant manual to molecular gastronomy. He will self-publish the tome, which is rumored to hover around three volumes right now and still in progress. What remains to be seen is whether he's a Kevin Costner (cough, Waterworld, cough) or a Terry Gilliam. Wait, that's not... yeah, it is.
