Naked City Brews, Seattle Weekly Hopes... With Tequila

TONIGHT: Four new Naked City Brewing beers debut on tap: a light ale called Yankee Drifter, Bing (a spiced English-style Old Ale made with WA cherries), an "experimental" Hoptari 644 brewed with a special wet hop treatment, and the Big Lebrewski (an Imperial Cream Stout aged on oak that's been soaked in--no shit-- Kahlua).
(Naked City Brewing, 8564 Greenwood Ave. N., open at 4:00pm Mon-Fri, 12:00pm Sat-Sun)

TOMORROW: Our monthly Happy Hour for Hope continues at Agua Verde. This month's happy hour benefits The Mountain Fund, an organization that supports human rights and helps keep asshole white people honest and respectful when visiting the mountains of poor people for tourism and sport. The featured drink of the evening is a Hornitos Cadillac margarita. We love the contradiction, and Hornitos. Kerry Colburn will also be in attendance, signing copies of her new book, Good Drinks for Bad Days: Holiday Edition ($12.95, Sasquatch Books).
(Seattle Weekly's Happy Hour for Hope at Agua Verde, 1303 N.E. Boat St., December 9th, 5:00-7:00pm)
