Seth Caswell is now taking reservations for his new restaurant in the former Julia's space on the top of Queen Anne. 
Emmer & Rye will be going through its "soft opening" January 28th through the 31st. Seth tells me, "We'll have a couple of mock services under our belt by then and we won't be booking the whole restaurant (thus no walk-ins)."
