In Part One of our interview with Demitri Pallis, founder and owner of Demitri's All Natural Bloody Mary Seasoning. Today in Part Two: Demitri's Five Favorite Seattle Bloody Marys.

Twenty years into his Bloody Mary empire, Seattle's Demitri Pallis, 46, now sells 150,000 bottles of his Demitri's All Natural Bloody Mary Seasoning mix annually across 50 states. But this doesn't mean he's tired of the taste of a good Mary. Far from it. In fact, we asked him to pick five of his favorite local Bloody Marys. (And no, some of these places don't even use his mix.)

In no particular order, Demitri likes:

Oliver's: "They do a wonderful Bloody Mary. And they infuse their vodka with herbs and spices, and it's just beautiful stuff. "

King's Hardware: "A great, consistent Bloody Mary. The right amount of seasoning."

Duke's Chowder House: "Another great Bloody Mary, and they garnish their Mary's with prawns. Nice."

Ray's Boathouse: "An institution in Seattle. They hire good bartenders and that makes a difference."

The Viking: "This is the place my buddies would pick. In fact, I'm headed there after talking to you."

Hey - Demitri's is the best! Cool article, but I believe the spelling of his name in this article is wrong - should be Demitri with "e".

TJ says:

@Jim: Considering Dimitri's own personal website for his product is http://www.demitris.com/ then he probably spells his name with an "i" and not an "e" (after all, he should know).
