At the Seattle Cheese Festival this weekend, you can feast on dozens of free (!) cheese samples from local and international producers, including Beemster Cheese, Estrella Family Creamery, and WSU Creamery. You can also view chef demonstrations (e.g. mozzarella making) and partake in educational seminars. Too much dairy in two days? Balance it out with a visit to the wine garden. With over 20 representatives pouring, you're certain to find a grape to your liking.
