Guess Where I'm Eating...UPDATED AGAIN

What with the 4th of July just past, I figured what better way to celebrate summer than with a quick, BBQ-centric round of Guess Where I'm Eating.

As always, first clue first TWO clues THREE clues now, after the jump, and updated as necessary. Guesses in the comments.

For those of you who are really up on their 'cue knowledge, this simple picture is full of clues. There's the style of barbecue, the way it's served, what it's served on. It isn't an easy one, but it isn't impossible, either.

Clue #1: Ignore the brisket and look beneath it. The way this sandwich is served should tell you exactly the style of barbecue we're dealing with here.

Clue #2: It's Kansas City style, in case you missed it. Real Kansas City Style.

Clue #3: The owner of this eponymous Bar-B-Q joint will not sell cornbread. Why? Because cornbread just ain't done in KC unless there's fish on the menu. And there's no fish on the menu here.
