Openings & Closings: Dick's Drive-In Coming to a Location of Your Choice, Cougar Bar Says Goodbye to West Seattle, & More
The city's biggest buzz is over the announcement that Dick's Drive-In is opening a new location in a TBD neighborhood, based on your votes.

On Capitol Hill, a new Thai - Japanese restaurant called Pinto Thai Bistro and Sushi is now open at 408 Broadway Avenue East. And Boom Noodle is adding Tokyo Sweets, a walk-up crepe stand, inside its restaurant at 1121 East Pike Street in the coming months.
Greenlake residents gained a new Mexican restaurant and bar, Bandolero, at 2253 North 56th Street, formerly the Pour House and before that, the Luau Polynesian Lounge.
In West Seattle, Redline Music & Sports Bar at 4439 35th Avenue South is closing. But first, the unofficial watering hole of Wazzu Cougars hosts back-to-back goodbye parties on Friday and Saturday, September 10 and 11.
White Center's Asian Bubble Tea at 9835 16th Avenue Southwest is closed - temporarily, at least. The Vietnamese deli - bubble tea establishment was shut down by the King County Public Health for "improper preparation and service of foods."
A few other notes: A new Mexican grocery shop, Mendoza's Mexican Mercado has taken over the Sweet Spot Café location at 7811 Aurora Avenue. And Meridian Market at 2201 North 56th Street in Wallingford has closed.
