A new Japanese - Thai fusion restaurant, Sushi Thai Yummy Yummy, has opened at 4545 University Way, according to U District Daily. Capitol Hill also recently gained an eatery combining the two cuisines - Pinto Thai Bistro - which Jason Sheehan posted on.

Speaking of Capitol Hill, popular hangout Bleu Bistro could be expanding. Capitol Hill Seattle reports that an establishment named Bleu Bistro Grotto has applied for a liquor license at 1801 East Olive Way. Stay tuned...
