Via Tribunali Is No Longer at the Croc, but the Croc's Still Got Pizza

Rock out with your Croc out, and your pizza in.

Via Tribunali's decision to shut down its satellite pizzeria in the back of the Crocodile in September represents one of the city's quieter culinary divorces. It was, however, an amicable one, Croc spokesperson Kerri Harrop assures us. The silver lining is those pizza ovens made from Vesuvian ash (really!) are still in the back of the house, and the Croc'll still be using them for $6.50 personal pies. There'll still be salad and booze served as well.

"The wall that separated the restaurant from the showroom is now gone, which enables showgoers to move about more freely," adds Harrop. "We still have the awesome and sexy high-backed booths, the cozy bar, and the private dining room in the back...
The back bar is open every day of the week, from 4pm until 2am, and there is no cover charge. Meaning you can come kick it in the bar without going to the show--although you'll probably hear it. We've got a full bar, a whole bunch of beer taps, and Happy Hour drink specials every day between 4 and 7pm--$6 pitchers of High Life & Olympia, $1 off drafts and wells."
