Gourmet Burgers and Trophy Cupcakes Come to Pioneer Square, Late Night Pie Hits Fremont, & More

Builtburger will debut in Pioneer Square flagship store next Monday.

Builtburger - originally a homemade patty delivery service - will debut its flagship store at 217 James Street in Pioneer Square on Monday, November 8. The eatery will feature a rotating assortment of flavored burgers, hand-cut fries, and potato beignets. It will also be the exclusive downtown merchant for Trophy Cupcakes.

In other news, Fremont Universe reports that a new pie shop - aptly called Pie - is opening at 3515 Fremont Avenue, come December. Expect a walk-up window offering pie, ice cream, and Victrola Coffee until 2 a.m on weekends.

Lastly, Tasha's Bistro Café at 2524 Beacon Avenue South will serve breakfast for the last time on Sunday, November 7. The owner plans to return to her catering roots.
