4 Foods You Should Eat in Bed
The Final Four, The Shining, PBS's Masterpiece Theatre, and reruns of Friends. What do they all have in common? You can enjoy them from the comfort of your bed, and there's a perfect dish to eat while you enjoy the mindlessness of late-night television. It's no fun as a kid to be told you can't eat in bed, so it seems only natural to go hog-wild with this list of loungeworthy delights while snuggled beneath your down comforter and 700-thread-count sheets.
Coffee and croissants.
For die-hard Audrey Hepburn fans, this combo is classic, elegant grace. Nothing says "Drape me in diamonds, I'm worth it" like the perfect cup of coffee, a fresh croissant (maybe even a chocolate one), and some Breakfast at Tiffany's.

Fig Newtons and milk.
Who doesn't remember those cheesy British commercials from the '80s where the kid is eating in bed and gets scolded, only to retort to his mum, "But mutha, these aren't cookies, they're Fig Newtons!" Yeah, like that would really convince a mom. But as adults we can just say "You're not the boss of me!" and go back to shamelessly eating the whole pack, washed down with a glass of milk, while rewatching The Neverending Story. Atreyu, anyone?
