Canlis Chef Jason Franey Wins Food & Wine's "Best New Chef" Award
Food & Wine has announced the winners of its 23rd annual Best New Chefs awards. For several months beforehand, the magazine works with restaurant critics, food writers, and other industry experts to identify up-and-coming chefs, defined as those who have been in charge of a kitchen for five years or less. Among the prestigious 10 selected: Jason Franey of Canlis.
