The Confectional Sets Opening Date for Capitol Hill Shop
The second installment of Pike Place Market-based cheesecake shop The Confectional, at 618 Broadway Ave. E., is scheduled to open on Saturday, June 4. Unlike the original, the new store will feature in-store seating and a large window so passersby can check out the baking process. Mark your calendars for opening day so you can score the free samples (check out the cake pictured on the right) being served from open to close.
