Mexican-Taiwanese restaurant Chino's makes its public debut at 1025 E. Pike St. on Capitol Hill this Saturday, December 3, according to Eater Seattle. The establishment will serve dishes inspired by Los Angeles street food, including gua bao (pork belly buns).
