Split into two levels-- a cozy downstairs with tables, bar seating and a small patio, and a lofty upstairs, with booth and table options, Poco can accommodate parties of varying sizes. Specializing in Northwest wines, particularly artisan and limited productions, their list also features selections from all over the globe and boasts around 30 varieties available daily.

The Deal: $5 glasses of draft red and white wine. $2 off wine by the glass and $8 off per bottle. Draft beer can be had for $4.
The seasonally rotated happy hour menu currently features a cured meat plate for $6, a trio of cheeses for $8, fresh veggies and hummus for $5 and soup & half sandwich for $8.

The Verdict: Getting there early is not only advisable to take advantage of happy hour, it's essential if you want a table for the evening. If you arrive after 7pm, expect a long wait. Poco's upscale feel and easily accessible location make it the perfect place to take food-centric out-of-towners, gather co-workers or take a crush on an impressive first date. Poco also offers $8 off bottles of wine to go, which serves as a perfectly subtle segue for suggesting to your date you're ready to take the party(wink) elsewhere.
