Voracious Tasting Tickets Now On Sale

Having spent the better part of last year trying to familiarize myself with the city's best restaurants, I know how difficult it is to eat at every Seattle restaurant serving great food - especially when new restaurants are constantly being added to the list. Juggling reservations at restaurants in a dozen different neighborhoods (and dealing with waits at restaurants which don't take them) can be an ordeal.

Problem solved, my friend: Seattle Weekly is again sponsoring the Voracious Tasting and Food Awards. Now in its third year, the Tasting features bites from 40 restaurants and food trucks and drinks mixed by bartenders from the city' top watering holes. While the line-up is still being finalized, participants will include Skillet, Il Corvo, Tavolata and The Coterie Room.

Tickets are now on sale for the Apr. 5 event at the Paramount Theater. And since the Tasting sold out last year, it's not too early to think about buying. Tickets are $35, with VIP tickets available for $75. VIP ticket holders will be admitted to the event 90 minutes before the general public, and have access to an open bar.
